I have 2 of these same cameras purchased back a year ago. They work great ! They frame in the moving object and frame in people only. There was 2 diff sensitivity settings on these . The new ones only have one sensitivity adjustment and it not framing in . As far as the quality of video and the 30 zoom theirs not a better camera on these market . Very disappointed that they removed some features on these new ones but I’ll stick with these due to quality . Oh nicest feature is when I have a WiFi outage . These cameras reboot on their own and you don’t have to manually do it . My cameras are 30 ft in the air so that would be an issue . Great cameras.

I received this camera a couple of days ago and quite frankly I was somewhat skeptical about the quality. However, I am pleasantly surprised that the visual acuity is very good. I also like that it was easily installed by me with very little effort. I appreciate the zoom effects and rotation. Finally, the night mode is very good. I recommend this product as I am pleased with it.Brady Barrs

Image quality is good. Zoom and night illumination is impressive. It would have gotten 5 stars if it wasnt so hard to setup. I had to search online to find reference tables that gave preset numbers to activate/deactivate features. A few of them still dont work. Not if I'm doing it correctly.The motion tracking works 90% of the time for people. If someone moves too fast and goes out of the frame, it looses the tracking.I havent figured out how to get it to return to a primary preset after tracking triggered. It does not track vehicles.

Camera seems strong and is heavy. However, despite the claims of immediate customer service, the stupid chatbot won't transfer me to a person. My right and left worked, then instead of panning started rotating instead. After reboots, reinitializing, completely resetting and being completely frustrated about customer service not available at all, I'm sending it back. I work at a computer store and have 9 other cameras, so I am not dumb to the antics of cameras, but due to their lack of customer service, and NO AVAILABLE firmware, which is a must, I am forced to send it back. I will not buy this brand again despite what seemed to be a pretty cool camera. - oh, and P.S. the software sucks
