Frustrating to use

I had the hardest time getting this printer set up. I followed the included directions, installed their app, gave it all the permissions it asked for on my phone, and connected successfully via Bluetooth. When I tried to print anything, it would just get hung up on the "printing" screen and not print anything. I was able to print the test page by double tapping the button on the printer, verifying the hardware was fine, battery was charged and the paper was installed correctly, but couldn't get it to print from my phone. Finally I uninstalled and reinstalled their app, allowed all permissions again, and was able to print a test label. The quality of the print seemed fine, and the app allowed me to customize labels the way I wanted to, but by the time I was ready to print the updated label design that looked the way I wanted it to, the printer had disconnected from my phone. I turned it back on and reconnected to it, everything seemed fine until I hit print and encountered the same error. After repeated attempts I realized the only way I would be able to print successfully was to uninstall and reinstall the app and grant it permissions again each time I wanted to use it. Simply too much hassle, so I returned it. It seems from the other reviews that not everyone has this problem, so you may have better luck than me, but I spent hours troubleshooting and asked multiple people for help with no better results.

Pretty decent

The quality of the print is pretty impressive compared to the little label printer I got before this one. I think the only downside so far that I've noticed is there is not as many imagine options that you can put with texts on this label printer, the fun detailed images you can only print alone with no text . Which is one of the reasons I wanted this printer . Other than that's it's pretty decent.

Easy to use

Easy to set up. Descent print quality. I like how the app can print out pictures very quickly and smoothly. My mother in law got a different one that has in-app purchase requirement for different fonts and icons. I was a bit worried that this one will have the same issue, but not. It can print out anything you choose in the photo gallery.
