There is no switch or button to manually lock the door

When I first got the lock it was great wireless access. Card access and fingerprint recognition it worked great after 35 days I had to reprogram the fingerprint then the access codes. 93 day after I had it it started eating batteries every 12 hours it doesn’t update in the app about battery life either

Got one with a defect contacted seller sent it back got a new one within a day or so prompt service and response works great would buy another have recommended to friends and family

When I bought this lock I thought it was great. Reasonable price, and lots of functionality. THe fingerprint usually worked, and the software on the mobile app is good. But then I tried to use the kepad and I had no success. I had 2 of these locks installed, so I tried the kepad on both locks. Only about 1 out of 10 times did the keypad work. I wrote to customer support in China, but they did not write back with anything except a question "Are you using the appp?", which was useless. And there is no live customer service available. So I will be going with another brand!
